Yiu-Chang Lin, a Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, has five years of Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning (NLP/ML/DL) experience in academia and industry. Charles Lu, a Certified Career Strategic Planner, has nearly 20 years of human resources experience and over ten years of career consultant experience. He has conducted more than 400 career search seminars and accumulated over 700 individual cases, specializing in developing training plans and cultivating potential talent.
He founded the "HR Weekend HR_Friday" community in July 2009, which has grown into the largest HR professional community in Taiwan (with more than 10,000 partners and more than 8,000 companies) and accumulated over 1,800 training events and over 50,000 participants in the past 11 years.
In June 2017, he founded the "New Venture HR Studio," held 30 "New Venture HR" seminars, and counseled more than 20 new ventures. He hoped to help Taiwan's new venture entrepreneurs to overcome various HR management challenges encountered in the "early stage of the new venture."

He is actively involved in non-governmental organizations and related associations.
